These thought bubbles are simply sentence starters to help spark quality discussions. I print them off and then introduce them slowly to the children and sometimes turn them over if certain ones are being used too much.

I created these to go on key rings but you could place them in small pockets, cups or bags. I also photocopy mine on different coloured paper to make it visually clear and quick to prompt children too.
